Want a highly specific guide to install your Synapse Express? Just follow these steps - the pictures will show you exactly what to expect:
 
1.   Click the Download Now button above.
2.   You will be prompted with two dialog boxes pictured below. Click Run twice.

3.   The installation program will begin and you will see the screen below. Click Next. Once the installation program completes, it will close. At this point, you have successfully installed Synapse Express!

4.   After a successful installation, return to the original page to download your media.
5.   You will see the following screen:

6.   Once you've clicked Open, Synapse Express will open and the media will start downloading.
Select a download in the list to do one of the actions such as Pause, Resume and Cancel

7.   If you have iTunes installed, Synapse Express will launch iTunes once your downloads finish and automatically add your downloads to your iTunes library. If you have Windows Media Player installed and don't have iTunes, Synapse Express will launch Windows Media Player. You can change this behavior if you like by changing the Preferences of your Synapse Express.

You can change the way Synapse Express works by launching the application: go to Start > All Programs > Synapse Express > Synapse Express. In the application, go to File > Preferences. You should see this:

You can select a new folder for storing your downloads (we highly recommend the folder we selected by default). You can also select a different media library application.
